Design and Development of Mobile compatible web application for Management of Financing/ Loaning schemes of HP Minorities Finance & Development Corporation.
This module will allow beneficiaries to apply for a loan online, fill out forms, submit required documents, check the status of their loan application, receive email/SMS alerts, view their online loan account statement, repay loan instalments, and obtain a loan clearance certificate.
This module automates accounting, saving resources and eliminating manual work. It integrates with the Financing/Loaning module, automatically verifying and reconciling transactions such as loan releases, repayments, and office expenses. This results in real-time updates to account books and balance sheets for any period.
We have created an Android mobile app that allows users to create/access their accounts, make loan repayments, payment verification, check and download payment receipts, view past payment records, and check their outstanding loan balance.
This module allows office users to maintain purchase and stock records online, including purchase proposals, tendering/quotation processes, and vendor selection. It also allows for the maintenance of registers for stocks such as consumables, fixed assets, and office vehicles.
This module enables office users to manage all employees (Contract/Regular) office records, including personal information, service records, promotions, transfers, salaries, increments, and leave records etc.
This module enables office users to create records, case histories, legal counsel empanelment, allocation, case hearing alerts, calendar, and proceeding records for dealing assistant and legal counsel.
